After almost 10years of labour, we got our first woman convert in Bolu last August. We hope that her conversion will open doors to other women who have been very skeptical about the Christian faith to respond to the love of God. Their usual complain is that no other woman is a Christian and as such, they cannot be one. Seven other Boluawas are serious with the Lord and we trust God that we shall soon begin to experience a greater harvest.
Sister Ladi Ekpa was on short term missionary visit to the field and made indelible input. Nuhu Karabanda, Sabatu Samaila and Jennifer Shall were posted to Bolu field to assist Moustapha and Josephine Oumarou for at least two months before returning back to the School of Cross-Cultural Missions to complete their studies. They are making significant input especially in the house to house evangelism and discipleship.
