The Director's meeting with Elsie Govender, an Indian missionary and MET graduate was very helpful. She and a Pakistani missionary led the MET team in the tour of all the world religion centres, Hindus, Budhists and Hare Krishna temples and the Ahmed Deedat Islamic Propagation Centre in Durban. Rev. Abah reported that the visit was very revealing as they interacted with men and women who were sincerely serving the devil thinking they are serving the Lord. Join us in praying for Nirmala, Karishma and millions of Hindus, Budhists and Hare Krishna adherents who are sincerely lost.
In another development, GFIM International Director also had a wonderful time in a French Speaking Church led by Pastor John Beya. He highlighted the need for the Church to be involved in Missions and the response was good. One of the visitors to the church felt the message was a confirmation to God's dealing upon his life. He planned to call for follow-up on how he can actualize his missionary dream. I gave out quite a number of our publication as gifts to several persons trusting the Lord to breathe on it as they read through and recruit men and women for missions.
